Dreams - Yeovil

I'm never highly satisfied when parting with large amounts of money. You might want to relax the criteria that prompts this entry field as I am not dissatisfied. I thought the answers I gave indicated my overall satisfaction. I'm just not the type to over praise. Had the whole shebang cost a tenth of the price I'd have been beside myself with satisfaction, as it is I am satisfied!

I was told it would be delivered on the 13th and once I had payed it was the 23rd

i said i didn't like waiting 10 days for delivery when checked he said its would be here in two days once i paid it was 11 days i didn't like that i would of cancelled if not for my wife

No real reasons, just do not like spending money

We encountered a very helpful advisor who was efficient and friendly.......

Confused by options and cost is a factor

THE SHOP WAS EMPTY AND THE ASSISTANT WASN'T THAT INTERESTED IN HELPING I WAS JUST LEFT TO SHORT THINGS OUT FOR MYSELF.

When we 1st came in a lovely lady came over and explained the beds and said she would send someone over asap about 5 other customers came in after and got served before us .in the end I had to catch someone I only wanted to pay and order as we had spend an hour choosing in the shop anyway I understand it was busy but maybe see customers that were there 1st

ON selecting a new mattress as a matter of urgent need that day the assistant indicated offering FREE additional items including pillows (his quote anything you want) on concluding the order he then introduced discounted ??? charges for the items we selected. I also noted on a smaller scale his company shirt could have done with cleaning. His overall attitude was lacking motivation or any real interest in the customer
