I needed to buy a high bed for my disabled husband. All the single beds were the same height

We came away covered in blue specks from the carpet!

I had to wait quite a while for assistance. Not the fault of the staff members just not enough staff

First time l have used your store

Prices too high

Spending nearly a£1000 we were still charged delivery and disposal

The bed we wanted is out of stock so we have to wait until it is available again

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams of Yeovil. The assistant took a lot of time and trouble and we came out having purchased a double bed and mattress and king-size mattress. One always hopes that you end up spending less than you eventually do, so slight disappointment on that only. Quality of beds and expertise and time taken in letting us try at lest half a dozen mattresses some twice, cannot be faulted.

I feel that Highly Satisfied is an aspiration to be risen to. The delivery is not until 27 november, that is quite a long time to wait. also, I wanted another mattress which was not available at the time. I bought a sundry item which was a mattress protector not a duvet as I thought, I understand that was not the colleagues fault, but I was a bit peeved.

Assistance in store was very good and ordering was efficient. Delivery was spot on but the size and weight of the parts was a bit daunting to begin with,mainly because of the huge amount of padding and packaging..not to be critical I suppose. However,once finally unpacked and checked,everything was as it should be and the assembly instructions were straightforward. A good few hours should be allowed for all of this,however. But the finished bed was actually worth the effort.
