The unit price was £1,399 so you had paid £279.80p VAT. I purchased the item VAT free with a doctors letter. I only got £224.83 VAT relief. What happened to the £54.97 difference ?

There was not choice I used hoped for of head boards and the " extras " seemed to keep adding on. But these are only minor queries.

Product that I wanted to look at was not available in any stores locally so had to buy sight unseen

Beds of same make but different mattresses we're apart so that meant going back and forth trying to compare. It would have been easier side by side

As I have not received delivery of the purchase yet, I feel unable to give total satisfaction.

There is always room for improvement no matter what job you do,

The experience was good.

At no time was I told that there was a £39 charge for delivery. This was not on any literature in store and I only found out that I had been charged delivery AFTER I had paid.

we were buying a bed, it was all okay so we were satisfied, no need to elaborate on that.

Outside the shop the were big advertisements with Up to 50% discount however in the shop only a few items very discounted.
