price of bed disposal not explained correctly, also display card for same was not clear enough.

I cannot fault the lady who served me. She made me aware of the availability date of the product( and aware the size was not a stock item, ) which we changed from one product to another one, because the wait was a month, to a product whch could be delivered earlier, but by the time the paperwork was done, on a not very busy Tuesday the time slot had jumped from 2 weeks adding another 10 days to a unsuitable day and longer, I was stuck with choosing these dates as paper work was done. I had looked around previously and on line and I would have definatly gone else where if i knew now how long I have to wait.

No particular reason, but since everything was just "normal" and nothing really stood out as being exceptional or anything like that, it's hard to say with any honesty that it was perfect.

Assistant was new to the job so did not know answers to all the questions.

Because despite excellent service to rate everything as highly satisfied leads to complacency. Please note we have ordered on line as well as in store but not at the same time, both items are expected on the same date and I hope someone actually reads this and gets back to me to confirm. It took a while to decide what we wanted and when we made our minds up the bed was out of stock. But the salesman dealt with it , and we should be getting the product we wanted.

New guy served us talked very quiet and i was with a client i cared for so basically i sold her the item myself. The delivery time was to me to long. Los of noise in the shop as ceiling was being done.

On arriving at the store we were approached straight away which was slightly unnerving, but we were left once we said we were looking. We were then able to approach a member of staff to give us the information and take it away. The order was placed the following day over the phone and although no one answered the phone on the first two occasions when they did they were very helpful and remembered us from the day before which was brilliant.

Told it would all arrive 28th Oct book day off. Then told by Pete deliver man. We don't work for dreams. So what they say is rubbish. No way you are getting bed 28th. What a terrible service.
