Dreams - Yeovil

The mattress I was interested in was not available on display, just to order. Besides, I did not like at all the company's cancellation policy.

I was shown 4 mattresses when I arrived but all of these were quite expensive, but very comfortable Emily was very attentive whilst I was having a lie down, but I think staff should let you experience a couple of the cheaper mattresses at the same time. Price wasn't discussed at the time of "testing" the mattresses, which was fair enough. When Emily told me the prices of the 4 initial mattresses that's when I asked about cheaper ones. I had allowed myself a budget of a minimum of £500, the 4 mattresses were in the region of £1000 each. This is not a complaint just a point that I felt I to raise.

A lot of questions when placing the order

I was extremely happy with the service from Emily, she was efficient and friendly without trying to sell to hard.

I had already done my research on which bed and mattress I wanted to purchase.I went into the store as I wanted to see them.I didn't need any assistance on product knowledge.No fault with the assistant who greeted me and was very polite.

The knowledge of the asst Dom he was very good

Sales lady was fine but she appeared to think she knew more about my problem than me! Yes orthopaedic beds are good but whatever she said, no bed could alleviate my problem! But on a better note she did offer me a drink when I needed it.

I feel there is always room for improvement. Although the assistant was very polite and helpful, I would have liked a little time, alone, just to be able to look around.

The colour coding of different mattress types was very helpful but not all matresses had large labels showing the firmness rating.
