Not easy to differentiate between mattresses....signage on beds poor

The sales team were great but one minor issue was that my request for the specific mattress was more geared to finding the most expensive one to suit my needs instead of offering a cheaper alternative that was a better match to my choice. The salesman was told the budget but still insisted on offering ones above the price range. While the sale was made on the higher priced matteress, this still seems to be putting profits above satisfaction. Until my mattress arrives then I can only hope the choice was right.

Until the bed arrives on time and undamaged and we try it out, i will reserve judgement.

The majority of the beds we saw in store had "firm" mattresses. Meaning I was unable to trial many of the options I had wanted to.

It would be an exception to my general rule to have rated the experience as Highly Satisfied. I always think that encouragement should be given to strive even harder for customer satisfaction.

Store operating with one member of staff so had to wait for service

visit was good but staff member wanted us ( me and my wife) to lay on the mattress separatly to try it out with out explaining why( and we are still unsure why) as we will be using this mattress 9 times out of 10 together not sure why he wanted us to try it out one at a time,also he came across alittle firm and slightly unfriendly.

I went to Dreams to buy a divan bed and mattress set. I arrived at about 11.40. Only two sales persons were there and two or three people/couples were wandering about looking and lying on beds. I viewed all beds etc in the warehouse and selected one model I wanted. I hung about while it seemed to me most potential customers there were dithering over one bed or another. Eventually a salesperson was free. I told her, Kim, I wanted to buy and she completed the sale to me very professionally. The

Highly satisfied is an exceptional situation which rarely arises
