We took the free credit option and it took 3/4 of an hour and two submissions to get it approved. Apart from the time issue the apparent reason delay was my preferred name versus actual name. During the credit approval process, Dom the assistant who served us was great, but embarrassed at the time and number of calls it took for his calls to be answered by the credit assessors.

The overall experience was very good and Dom who served us could not have been more helpful or knowledgable in helping us find a mattress to suit our needs. We eventually settled on a Tempur mattress and pillows. The only criticism we have is in amount of admin required to complete our order. When we pointed this out Dom explained that improvements are being made going forward to make the process more consumer friendly and efficient using the latest technology.

Choice of lower end mattresses was fairly limited. And was hoping to have bed delivered sooner than 2 weeks.

Purchased a headboard and during completion of paperwork, was asked if we wanted the old headboard removed (to which we said yes). It wasn't until we left the shop that we realised there was a charge for this service. Went back in and cancelled with no problem. When verbally asked, no reference was made to a charge, only a non-obtrusive card on the desk detailed the charges. Felt there should have been a verbal indication that there was a charge.

The delivery time was 4. Weeks which is far longer than I wished.

I was Satisfied about the experience not highly because I can think of other things I would rather be spending £2,000 on. However, I am very much looking forward to getting our new mattress.
