There seemed to be a disparity between the very expensive and the cheapest. It would have been nice to see a wider range of beds as they all seemed quite similar.

Very pleased with quick timescale for delivery but must admit I was a bit disappointed with the delivery options and that there was an extra charge to specify day and reduce time slot.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We went to order the bed and mattress to take advantage of an offer but with all the add ons we were no better off. Delivery charge, charge to have the old bed taken away, mattress protector, pillows, guarantee. It all added up to alot more than we were expecting and probably could of got it cheaper elsewhere even with the current offer.

I was given a quote but that couldn't be held (or guaranteed to be held) for the one hour that i went to another shop. I think if you produce a quote it should be guaranteed for at least that day

I couldn’t find the exact thing I was looking for on display

Very limited on mattresses we could take home that day. We told delivery for other mattresses would be 6 to 8 weeks. So we purchased a doze luxe mattress and have woke both mornings with horrendous backache

There were refreshments stainso on some of the matresses on display. Not very attractive. There could do with sample colours of the headboards and divans with the prices by the beds.

The quality of the product is awful. I will be returning it as soon as I can. You can feel the springs
