The two staff members didn’t approach us to ask if we wanted any help and they were both sat at the desk using mobile phones. There were no other customers in the store

I do not think it rated a Highly Satisfied option as there was only one other couple in the store at the time and plenty of assistants hanging around (not their fault obviously) so it was probably not a fair judgement.

We asked that the feet were to be put on when the bed was delivered a week before delivery, and later that day we were informed that the bed will take a further 3 week to be delivered. We have sold our old bed and faced with sleeping on the floor until the new one is delivered we will cancel our order. totally dreadful service !!!!!

The service was friendly & efficient ~ your computers were a tad slow.

I think there is always room for improvement. The store was well stocked and the products that dreams offer are great but a revamp on the stores and brand could be due.

Overall, a good experience and much better than other bed stores visited. We still had to wait a fair amount of time for help (after the initial greeting) this was due to a high number of customers and I don’t believe there is anything the staff could’ve done to relieve this (more staff needed at this time of year maybe?)

As I said I was satisfied no problem just satisfied

Happy with the product but thought the price was a bit high. As no other retailer sells the product I was after I could not shop around for it and no movement on price.

We were given a lot of help and valuable advice, however, most important of all we we given the time and freedom to try the beds as often as we liked.
