The store was not very well lit Only 1 assistant seemed available meaning the only other customer in store had trouble keeping their child distracted and quiet while they waited for help. They left without seeing any staff member. To help process our order another rather untidy looking assistant that had been sitting in a corner with another staff member appeared using stock taking as a reason

We went on the mattress measuring machine that recommended a number of mattresses. The only problem is remembering all the mattress options, even though Emily shown us the main options. It would be useful to have some sort of ticket listing all the mattress options which we could then mark up as we tried each mattress. It would make it easier to compare the features we liked about each mattress. Even something as simple as numbering each mattress on display would make it easier to remember than a list of names, many of which are very similar.

The bed frame that I wished to buy was not located on the store's floor in spite of it being a very popular buy (probably based on its good value for money) according to the company website. Also I wasn't sure whether there were any single mattresses to try out in the store as the sales assistant directed me to double sized ones. Maybe the store could look to hold some of these if it doesn't already.

Whilst the service was extremely good, and the staff very helpful with no pressure, I did feel there was an almost deliberate avoidance of mentioning the cost. At no point was the cost of what we were purchasing mentioned until we got to the point of payment, perhaps that’s partially my fault for not quizzing the staff on the costings but I did feel a little blindsided with the cost of it all. I think more transparency in terms of clear costings on each mattress/bed and size variation would avoid this feeling. I doubt I’m the first or the last to think this.

Went to replace a mattress the goods were there the service received was there.

There was no opportunity to negotiate any discount on the price of the bed due to it being a Sunday. Pricing of product was confusing re: storage drawers, mattress and headboard.

It a confusing time, and a lot of money. Advice available online is contradicting, this is not something you can necessarily assist with. Emily (instore assistance) was very helpful and patient. I guess we will not know the true benefit or value for money until it is delivered and have slept on it for a few weeks. Final price is a bit of a shock tho, as spent couple of hours deciding mattress, and then the frame and head board are almost just as much - their pricing was not so clear, nor the options available- assistance is required.
