The ‘colleague’ was disinterested in helping us. He did not try and find out what sort of mattress we were looking for eg firm soft memory etc

More expensive than it should be.

Very friendly and efficient service.

On both visits to shop only one member of staff and first visit staff constantly on phone and had to ask for assistance. On second visit several customers in but most left as again only one member of staff who couldn't acknowledge or help everyone as was busy with a customer. I stayed as knew what I wanted.

We were satisfied with the product but there was limited choice on bedside cabinets

The SleepMatch machine wasn't working so spent time entering details onto the "virtual" system, & were given a list of "approved" mattresses by the sales lady; tried the approved list but they were not even slightly comfortable! So my 2 daughters did what we would have done anyway, had we not been given this system to engage with... guess what? They each found mattresses that were very comfy (even though it didn't follow your rules)! What a waste of time the initial process was! But we found 2 bed bases (that we'd already sorted out online) plus 2 mattresses & 1 headboard, so very happy that the job was done!
