Actual bed wanted was a 4ft6in but store only had 5ft model with centre zip to try so not sure if comfort would be same.

I knew what I wanted when I went in store so was able to tell the chap. He was ok but not overly helpful. Seemed laid back and like he didn’t really want to be there. However did process our order as requested. Was shown to sit at desk right next to 2 other people at an adjoining desk! No social distancing thought of there. With only one sneeze guard on the other desk.

not had the mattress delivered yet, so not sure on the whole experience yet, but I thought the prices were a little more expensive.
