Experience at the store was absolutely fine but since then I have had an email (2 weeks later!) to say the mattress won't be available till at least January. Surely this could have been put on the computer system so I could be informed straight away!

I had found the perfect bed and mattress online and placed the order. Everything was great with it and delivery time good. However, the company was unable to deliver (being up north it was outside their delivery range) and the order had to be cancelled. I was hoping to get the same product (or very similar from Dreams) and at the same price. This was not the case which made me reduce my order to just the bed to be able to fit my budget (based on the previous order) and then had to order the mattress online elsewhere. My lower satisfaction is my true satisfaction level due to my dissapointment in not meeting my previous requirement and the higher price.

On the day we came to look for beds and mattresses, we were shown to the area where we are measured/calculated for what sort of mattress would suit us best, once we were shown how to do it, we were sort of left to fend for ourselves. We are both very competent and knew exactly what we wanted really, so this wasn't too much of an issue. However, it would have been nice to be offered some further assistance sooner. Saying this, the assistant who was helping us, was also assisting another family member of ours, and was tending to all of her needs and really helping her pick out the best thing, so we didn't mind too much. Lucky we'd seen him talk through how the system worked with her before we got started, so perhaps this is why he felt he could leave us to it.
