the lady who assisted us was very helpful, we wanted a new mattress, as it was some years since we had bought one (we got the last one from dreams and were very pleased with it) we wanted a simlar type but you no longer stock the brand we had before. Her and her colleauge were most helpful and even moved one we liked on to a sprung base, so we would get the same experince, as we have a sprung base divan(as at first thought the mattress too firm till it went on the sprung base.) my husband and i were very impressed with both of the sales people and they had a good product knowledge, also very helpful and did not pressurise us at any time , also impressed by the fast delivery time , being as we were at the start of Easter week, also pleased that we could have our old mattress taken away although that is an extra cost.

Looking for a bed that had to be the right height with options and a mattress suitable for age problems. .on entry Juanita immediately helped explaining everything we needed to know. There was a good feeling and lots of help in trying out varios items. We were confident that when we ordered we will be happy and knowing how good a service we got was excellent.

For me personally I would have liked the sales assistance to go through all payment options. I was told about 2 finance options however until after applying and it being rejected I was told I could make my order and clear the balance on the day of delivery. If I’d been made aware of this option I wouldn’t have continued with a finance application.

I didn't see any great advantage to the electronic assessment of mattress.

Cheap 'double glazing' style tactic when trying to sell insurance. "You can have it for £40" "No thanks". "Ok then, we can do it for £20". This was not a positive end to the visit. Rest of visit was excellent.
