All the assistances were very helpfull and nicely spoken

As we were buying a bed, mattress and headboard plus another mattress we did require quite a bit of assistance which was given patiently and knowledgeably.

Very helpful salesman, great knowledge of the products. found me exactly what I need.

Quick friendly and an enjoyable approachable salesman - he understood what I needed and hopped with both beds.

The gentleman assisting me was calm, polite and listened attentively to my requirements, I was buying several beds/mattrasses and needed support, he was very understanding

Good information when looking at the products and the amount of time the store worker spent with use looking and help us find the right product for us and how polite he was when addressing us

he was good at his job and there was no pushing to got a sale. he help to look at the beds .

You had time to look at each bed infoemation was good then time tp think about it. I was not inder any pressure.

Our sales assistant Paul was very helpful, listened to our needs and asked questions to show he was interested. The other male assistant around the store gave no eye contact and looked disinterested, so we were pleased to have Paul serve us.

The salesman in the store was able to advise us on all the products that were available he then let us try the different products and gave us enough information for us to make a delicious our selfs, he was friendly, informative and was not pushy at all ( which would of made us leave the store without buying). The store had a number of different mattresses available for us to try at the time of our visit, this made it easier for us to choose the best type for our individual needs. Thank you very much
