The man in the Yeovil store was really helpful and wasn't pushy one bit. Also his knowledge was really good on all the products which we purchased.

We were given time to look and not pounced upon straight away. When we needed help and advice it was there.

The gentleman who served us was extremly polite and courteous, he took time to check out exactly what we were looking for, he listened to our description and gave several options. He was not pushy in any way rather he provided information, then stepped back to give us time to discuss privately and reach our own decision about which purchase was best for us.

I purchased a bed which fulfilled all requirements and was offered excellent assistance. I have got a bed that will last a long time for under £1000 which is important as I am on maternity leave with two children under two. I was offered tea and they were friendly and engaged with my two year old.

Really friendly staff, felt welcomed, store very tidy. Never felt pressurized.

The staff in the shop were attentive, friendly, knowledeable and patient (we needed quite a long time to make a decision). They also had the knack of knowing when to leave us alone and when to attend and help, which they always did with a smile. We couldn't ask for better.
