At the time of visiting the store I was suffering from terrible back problems. Your friendly assistant recommended a suitable mattress taking my our budget & my back problems into consideration. I would also like to add that the delivery drivers were both friendly & professional.

My wife has pains in back and legs so we decided on an Affinity Acti K Mattress after the advice given to us, which we believe to be very good advice. We have purchased from Dreams before at your Stoke on Trent branch and was extremely satisfied so we decided to go back to Dreams again. We have recently purchased two other mattresses hoping they would be suitable for the back pains my wife has, this was unsuccessful. Thank you for your advice and quality service.

your assistant Paul was the most knowledgeable and helpful person we could have wished for. he is a credit to your company. This is how good he was, we had more or less decided to by a Tempura mattress from a Tempura outlet, but Paul's confidence and knowledge persuaded us that our purchase should be made in his store, even though the product we were interested in was more expensive at Dreams ( people buy from people they like ), I have been told that I have 3 mins left to complete this survey shame.
