The Sleep Advisor (Emily) at your Yeovil store, was very knowledgeable and helped us at every stage of the Sleep master machine and about choosing our mattress. My husband and I were even left on our own to have a private discussion about our choices without being pushed into a sell and offeted a drink. We were most impressed with the standard of service, communications and efficiency. Hope this feedback gets back to you Emily

Monique served me in the Yeovil store. She was ready to help the second we walked in. She gave us the option of browsing ourselves, having her assistance and use of the machine that helps identify what mattress you need. I’m 8 months pregnant so being safe when out is crucial, and Monique made a huge effort to keep social distanced and follow safe store guidelines. She had excellent knowledge of all of the products. We didn’t actually plan on buying a mattress that day, however I felt that the service was excellent and made picking a mattress so easy.

Had the bed that I wanted in store so I could see before ordering and look at the two colours available. Staff friendly and easy and quick to order with a planned delivery date that suited me. Expensive for having someone build the bed most other beds I was looking at ordering quoted £40 but store obviously had no choice over that!
