The sales assisstant helped us choose the right bed for our requirements. He was not pushy and did not try to make us buy something more expensive but instead guided us to the appropriate product giving us good advice.

Bed will not be here till next week Staff were really friendly, smiled when we entered the store, and were well informed. I was directed, on request, to exactly the bed I wanted.

The two gentleman serving me at dreams in Yeovil on the pen mill estate gave me 100% of their time. They found me a ottoman base with an extra 2 inches in height and therefore evern more storage. For the same price. And advised me on mattresses (something completely new to me) I mentioned my partner was working away in the army and getting the bed was a surprise for our new home. They told me about the military discount which I hadn't known about. They gave me plenty of time to make my decision and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. I left with a big smile, a spring in my step and a bed which is going to be delivered on the 21st December. Fantastic!!

Staff member seemed to understand my needs quickly and suggested some alternatives within my price range. Best mattress shopping experience in years!
