Paul at dreams in Yeovil explained all the best opposition there was for the bed we were buying he could have not been more helpful if he tried

The staff were there to answer questions about all products we looked at. But gave us time to try out the beds without rushing us.

We didn't actually go in Dreams to buy a bed we were accompanying our daughter but the salesman was so friendly and spent time with us talking about our mattress that we were convinced, not by coercion, to upgrade our mattress. Thank you to Paul

The service from the sales team member was great. Very efficient , knowledgable and friendly .

the assistant ,a lady, in particular was extremely helpful,at no time did she push us or pester us continually during our visit.the overall experience was very pleasant,and afterwards we were very pleased with our final choice.

The Rep was highly knowledgeable in the range of products available and was without bias able to to steer us to the product we finally purchased.

We told the assistant what we needed and she took to quite afew beds to try in thw range that we wanted and stayed with us.

the sales person who served and helped me in the stores was very helpful ,efficient and friendly. Very pleased to have visited the store - only disappointed that I am having to wait 2 1/2 weeks to have my new bed delivered.

The Sales Manager Paul (Yeovil store) was extremley knowledgeable and helpful. He really took the time to understand my needs and preferences and make great recommendations. The rest of the store staff were also very helpful keeping my 4 year old occupied allowing me to try out products in peace. Overall a very pleasing shopping experience!
