I was very happy with friendly and efficient service we received from Paul when we visited the store in Yeovil.

the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding us the right matress as my partner and I both have bad backs and prefer different levels of firmness. He found one that suits us both.

The salesman Paul was very helpful,and any questions we had about the beds he explained the difference between them, we felt he new his stock of beds very well. When we had made our purchase we felt happy that we had the right bed for us.

The salesman was very helpful and pointed out to us mattresses that we were interested in and gave us time alone to try out mattresses and talk between ourselves. He was very knowledgeable and it was all very efficient

Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable with helping me to choose a mattress as i have several health problems, he had dealt with several other people in the past with the same problems, which then helped him to be able to help me.

Your sales staff greeted us and gave us time and 'space' to view the stock, prices and styles. When we were ready for further information the salesperson gave us the relevant information and assessed the style and quality we were probably looking for , guiding us to the brand that we had pre selected as a 'favorite'. We were then given time/space to inspect/try the individual models and support ratings. We eventually made our choice, paid a deposit and were given a delivery date. Since that time we have received confirmation via text of the delivery date.
