Great customer service, the sales staff let me finish decussing and desiding which mattress and bed furniture to order after the store had closed. Have had a mattress from dreams before a was happy with my previous order. Also was recommended by family members that have shopped at dreams many time before.

He didn't try and sell us anything, he listened to what we wanted, gave us the best options and wasn't pushy and we didn't feel like we had been jumped on the minute we walked in but we were acknowledged with a friendly smile. My young son needed the toilet and when they overheard that they stated he could use their toilet which saved us a long walk and quite honestly not sure I would have worked back to the shop so that was very helpful for both sales assistant and us.

I have a Queen size mattress from a brass metal frame bed, which I wanted to purchase a divan bed base to suit. The conflict between a queen size and American queen size caused some confusion. It turned out that a double bed base was too small and a king size slightly too large. Debbie went to great lengths to ensure I was ordering a suitable size. She was very polite, patient and I feel went that extra mile to be helpful and find the right solution.

We were offered tea or coffee. We had time to try any bed and consider whether to go ahead with the purchase or not.

I researched products via website prior to store visit. This gave me idea of what items I was looking for & therefore enabled the assistant to explain differences in my choices enabling us to concentrate on just those particular products. My wife was offered coffee whilst we discussed the beds as these were to be for my use.

We were pointed in the right direction for choosing. Our mattress and left to decide and then the buying process was explained very well. The staff member was friendly and efficient.
