Dreams - Yeovil

The assistant (Kim) was highly professionally and knowledgeable about all the products we viewed, she was also very patient. I am sure we were not the easiest of customers and we took a long time to choose our two beds but we were never hurried or made to feel we were taking up too much of the assistants time. The cup of tea was also very welcome .I would recommend the Yeovil store.

We were made to feel welcome and at ease. The sales assistant was not pushy and did not put pressure on us. We were kindly offered a tea and coffee. All relevant products were well explained to us and made the choice easy make.

Debbie was friendly, efficient and understanding. My husband has had three years of fighting three forms of cancer and gets easily tired, Debbie supplied drinks and gave us time to try the products without fuss or pressure. Next month is our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we haven't had a new bed for over twenty years, but due to my husbands operations we needed two mattresses on one base. Debbie helped us find the right bed for us, now we hope for many more years together.

There was a variety of beds to try with a good choice of firmness of mattresses. The service was friendly and helpful. As we arrived 45 mins before closing time, we did not have to wait long to be served, but they could do with more than one assistant in the shop.
