Great service with no problems

Paul at the Yeovil store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I believe he has helped us choose the perfect bed for our requirements and given us an excellent deal too. I cannot wait for our new bed to be delivered!

The item/s purchased were fully explained to us, any questions we had were answered. The staff was very knowledgable about the items required and was patient and friendly and made us feel welcome and that resulted in us placing the order with you!

Deborah the sales assistant in Yeovil was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted after going on line to view the products. Going into the store just to see for myself what the product looked like I was more than happy to place my order.

We were attended to immediately by a very friendly staff member named Kim. Kim was very helpful and explained in detail about the range of mattresses available. We were able to examine and test the beds were were interested in without any pressure to purchase or make hurried decisions. Can't fault this staff member who even made us a cup of tea while we discussed which mattress was most suitable for our needs.
