Dreams - Yeovil

In our Yeovil store the assistant (Paul) was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. And a great selection of bed / mattresses.

Advise given by sales assistant was very informative and he was obviously very knowledgable. Plenty of time given to try the beds and make an informed decision.

We were left alone to try all bed options, but were given help when asked for.

Very friendly knowledgeable help. Paul explained everything in a concise and clear way, and invited us to try lots of mattresses explaining about them all until we were completely happy with our choice. Have redone the form (Which annoyingly disappears when you go back!) to say that he was on his own so couldn't offered us a drink, and he knew we were not getting rid of a bed. I couldn't score higher on the range, because the bed I wanted is apparently made to order and none were on show, so I could have ordered on line, but wouldn't have been able to try the mattress which was important. I do realise though that you couldn't possibly have every bed on show.

Kim provided excellent customer service,explained options between firm and very firm matresses..Provided a pillow to make testing more realistic.Explained the details of the warranty and delivery options.Which enabled my 82 year old motherinlaw to have a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Easily accessible and set out logically. Given time to browse before being approached and assisted. Given advise and shown other similar products to compare.

Very good and helpful staff nothing to much trouble

Your assistant KIM was very well versed with ny requirements and most certainly she is a big asset to the store
