As I have a hip problem the assistant Kim was very helpful, although I knew what I wanted we talked through the options and I came away very satisfied with what I have bought.

The lady who assisted me was very polite. She provided me with a lot of information about the mattress I was buying. I felt I was able to walk around the store without being pressured in any way. It was a very pleasant visit and I was even offered a cup of tea

we have shooped for our holiday let and very pleased with the purchases.The lady kim was very knowledgeable, friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful and not pushy. There was no hard sales talk from them. I went in on a Sat and couldn't decide which bed I liked the best. Took 24hrs to think about it. Returned the next day, same staff there and they remembered me. There service was most excellent, friendly and professional. I would definately return and recommend to friends and family.

The assistant who helped me was great. She remembered and took note of which mattresses I liked, and how I reacted - helping guide me to which suited me best. Great advice, no pressure or upselling, just supportive. Like my new mattress!

Paul was were attentive without overpowering us. When we explained what we were looking for he led us to the range of beds that he felt was what we were trying to find.

Pauls knowledge was highly reassuring when purchasing something that we know little about. He was confident but not pushy.
