From walking into the store someone came straight over and asked what we where after, took us through the process of getting the right mattress and after showing us the best for us let us get on and try and when we decided ordering was really easy and everything was sprayed and wiped as we are very conscious of Covid at the moment so was nice to go to a store that still had everything in place including the staff wearing face masks still.

From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted by the lovely helpful Emily at your Yeovil Store she wasn’t pushy very intentive and what an experience on the diagnostic bed brilliant idea Emily was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way thru and we are very much looking forward to using our new Mattress and Pillows thank you highly recommend your store thank you and thank you Emily.

Despite not having my original choice in stock Emily kept me well informed and helped me decide on another bed.

Efficient and polite staff who new all about the products and explained well

I walked into the store to see the covid signs to which I stopped to read and followed. The water was a lovely touch. Having been in just before covid kicked off I went straight to what I knew I wanted to look at to be greater by Kim. She was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish ! And I was in the store for over 2.5 hours. She was brilliant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, answered every single question I had, offered me time, water, her patience and reassured me I did not need to rush. I couldn't have asked for a better service ! It was an absolute pleasure ! And I do hope she is still there when the time comes I need a replacement.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable

Lovely sales lady who was very helpful and polite. Took me around the store and told me which mattresses would be good for me. But let me make the final decision. Then showed me which bed frames were in the size I wanted then let me wander around and choose exactly what I wanted.

Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful staff, plenty of products to try and look at. Easy to order and a fairly quick delivery offered.

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The sales assistant was thorough and took time to ensure we found the correct product for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured we had all the add on products we needed too upon purchasing our new bed and mattress.
