The Dreams representative Debbie could not have been more helpful in terms of product knowledge and more polite offering tea and coffee upon arrival. It made the purchase of the bed extremely simple narrowing down the right product for my partner with back problems.

Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and we never felt under pressure as you can with some sales assistants and we came away feeling happy and relaxed

Paul greeted us as though we was royalty and even made us a drink this I found unique and wonderful showing us round all the Mattress also explaining each one I found he had tremendous knowledge and I was grateful both my ex and me chose the same and I then wanted a single electric bed having been explained and shown how to operate I chose to have one I found from first meeting him to leaving the store was a great experience
