The 2 female members of staff could not have been more helpful. I felt valued as a customer even though I was buying a low priced item. They even carried it to the car for me! I hope you appreciate how good those girls are.

We were welcomed very warmly by the two staff at the reception desk. They were very receptive to my attempts at humour and seemed to very genuine in there responses. We were given a good tour of the store making it easy to come to a decision on our requirements.

Emily was a very nice and knowledgeable about your products, and very patient with us Whilst trying out the mattress comfort. We were pleased we have found one that was very comfortable.

Debbie in Yeovil store was helpful , knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She gave me plenty of time to make a decision and was at no point pushy .
