Staff took the time to explain and provide advice. But did not feel pushed into buying a certain product. Also breastfed in store and was offered a drink.

The staff were excellent and very helpful and provided me with everything i needed. I was completely satisfied and would definitely recommend using this store again

At no time was I under any pressure to make a purchase. All of my questions were answered knowledgably and patiently. Placing the order was a simple process and finance arrangements also very straightforward.

Staff member at the store was extremely helpful and sociable ,... we entered the store with just the intention of looking as we are from Brighton sussex and we were visiting Sherborne Dorset ..... we explained to the member of staff that we were working out prices and he still helped up ... in the end we ordered as we would have eventually come to dreams in hove sussex so seemend pointless not to order whilst we were there

Plenty of stock with varied types of mattress to try Also variety of bases with storage options Clear labels to identify the type of mattress e.g. firm medium and the prices displayed Was able to wander and try with out hard sell but when needed information the sales person was knowledgeable about the products and the benefits of some compared to others

The ease of the whole experience and the clarity of the salesperson in his delivery. The actual delivery was stress free, the men were careful and pleasant.

Assistant was swift to come to enquire which items we were looking for and spent time showing us the options that were available .The assistant was a credit to your organisation . I will certainly recommend your organisation to my friends and will return if there is any item I require.Well done.

Good range of products, staff knew exactly what bed we wanted despite it not being on display at the store (had visited the Watford branch a few weeks prior) and completed our order within minutes.

The time and effort given by staff made the overall customer service given a very pleasant experience. The friendly but not intrusive manner to meeting our needs was just right. I have no hesitation in recommending others to visit Dreams Yeovil, the staff are a credit to the Company.
