Kim, the assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. You have a wide range of products which can be quite daunting. Kim asked a few pertinent questions and helped us narrow the choices down so as we felt we were able to make an informed choice. There was no rush or pressure and she gave us some pillows to try along with the mattresses - excellent upselling as we bought them as well! Thank you to Kim

You only get one chance to make a first impression and the first impression we had on walking into the store was most satisfying. It was clean, tidy, bright and well equipped with a good variety of beds etc, but what made us so highly satisfied was the cheerfulness, friendliness and product knowledge of the young assistant, Dom, who dealt with us. He approached us and offered assistance without being 'pushy'. He was prepared to spend time showing us the various options of beds available to us and explaining most fully the characteristics and differences of each one.

They were friendly and looked after my son when he hit his head. The girl got him a compress straight away.

The member of staff 'Debbie' was friendly, involving, had excellent knowledge of the store's product range. Debbie was quick to understand our needs and helped with our trial of differing products until we found the one perfect for our needs.

The assistance we had was brilliant we was offered tea or coffee while we were being served, the sales girls were so helpful
