Staff were friendly and knowledgeable came to us when we wanted and didn't pester to make a sale! All in all a very surprising experience and as a result we will be back to purchase more items over time!

The 2 sales assistants at the Yeovil store were very accommodating to my needs. I had very recently moved into unfurnished accommodation and was in urgent need of a bed. They were very kind and my visit resulted in a purchase which is due for delivery on Monday. Thanks very much.

I have Parkinsons Disease and find it very difficult to get in and out of bed. The lady that served us was extremely patient as well as very helpful. The mattress was very good value for a pensioners budget, plus I was able to have my daughter in law take the mattress home for me the same day which was an added bonus. Wish I'd been to the store months ago. Very satisfied with the service and the product, Send my thanks to the staff.
