The assistant Dom listened to my requirements and price limit. He knew his products and was able to take me to a choice of 3 to compare. When he realised I was a side sleeper, he provided a different pillow. Very helpful member of staff.

We were greater as we walked in the door and when needed assistance was easily available. Emily who served us went and checked to see if the product was available to order as it had been out of stock and helped us with the mattress choice as well. Complete service from start to finish

The assistant (Paul) was not even from the store we went to, but knew the beds and products and their locations within the store. He was honest and knowledgeable,very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The Dreams sales assistant that served us at the Yeovil Store (Kim), was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient! We took ages selecting mattresses and pillows and she was very happy to allow us to take this time to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Kim went into great detail about the way we slept and how certain types of mattresses would affect our comfort levels. Drinks were offered for refreshments, which although we didn't want at the time was nice to be offered them!
