The customer service was excellent , there was nothing the staff could do as the product, an under bed occasional bed from the day bed we were interested in also purchasing) had been discontinued.

It was a very pleasant experience and all options were made as well as the offer of a coffee.

I bought a mattress King size from you last year and I like it.

Kim was wonderful and she really was knowledgeable, you could tell it wasn't just sales pitch babble, she really knew her stuff. She was on her own and there was other people in store but I never felt rushed at all. Totally shopping here again.

The sales assistant at this store (Dom) was polite, professional and gave good sound advice while assisting us in making our purchase. He advice was both knowledgable and constructive. He didn't make us feel pressured into a purchase and gave us ample opportunity to try beds and make a decision. Excellent service all round. A nice change to find sales staff that know their products and have good customer skills.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Dreams at Yeovil Somerset.Was treated with politeness . respect &friendliness from the moment i walked in the store.the staff were so helpful i wasnt rushed in any way at all. Everything was perfect couldnt fault anything.

The staff couldn't have been more kind or helpful. I was very impressed as my wife suffers with M.E and fibro and one of the staff called Kim knew all about the illness and was very understanding and helped us decide on the right mattress . On our 2nd visit Emily was very helpful and patient with us. She has a great sense of humour and we all had a laugh whilst trying out the products. We were offered a drink whilst doing the paper work wish I thought was a nice touch. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

The assistant was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She asked if we would like assistance & if we had been a customer of Dreams before. As we had not been a previous customer she proceeded to inform us of the system and choices available. My wife & I were very impressed and we were happy to be shown the products available.

The assistant immediately recognised our needs and guided us to the appropriate items.

Ladie was very helpful didn't have to wait long to be seen and went though everything when I brought my mattress
