Kim and Dom at the Yeovil Dreams, Babylon Hill were very helpful to us.

The service in store was very good. The member of staff ensured we got the right bed and mattress for our needs . We told her the budget . She explained that we could have old bed taken away . She said that we could have new bed esembled . She told us about cover bed and mattress for damage . She explained about delivery time slots . She told us all the extra costs before we accepted them. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not rushed and were allowed to take out own time. Our questions were answered well and with confidence.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Thay made the process very easy. There was a large choice of mattress all out on display ready to try out.

We were served by Emily who immediately greeted us as we entered the store. We knew what we wanted and she made sure to get our order sorted. Once we mentioned the mattress we were buying she enquired as to whether we had tried it, we hadn't, Emily then proceeded to make sure that we tested the mattress we were buying with the correct pillows, enquiring out sleeping positions to ensure we get the best mattress for our style of sleep, she even offered alternatives to try and managed to sell us a better mattress without being pushy, she introduced us to the mattress and how we should test it and then left us to our own devices. There weren't any pushy sales tactics, just showing the quality of the products and what we needed. During the sale she was incredibly chatty and made the sale a dream.
