Kim who served us was very knowledgeable but not too pushy

We called into the Yeovil shop. We were greeted by very pleasant lady who directed us to the area we need to be. She then sent over another member of staff who could help us, and advise us on the different matresses. We spent quite a long time choosing, all the time there was a member of staff available to answer our questons. We chose a matress and Sean was a big help answering all our questons and finalising our sale.

We were greeted on arrival and then handed over to a bed expert who took us through every option. I felt our needs were really listened too.

Assistant called Dom was very good at his role. He made us feel comfortable whilst also going us time and information on the products available.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and good value for money.

Our salesperson was quick to help & clearly explained the difference in the mattresses on display. We were offered warm drinks & given adequate time to look at the range on display, she listened to our requirements & we were able to choose & purchase the right item at a good price with delivery within 5 days.

Spent ages looking for bed stores in a new area to us and being told we could not have a delivery before Christmas. Accidentally found Dreams, staff were friendly and helpful and even welcomed our dog! Very happy!

Told assistant what I was looking for and was shown several option and the differences wer expalined fully. Assistant was very helpful and I found exactly what I wanted.

From the time i was welcomed coming through the door to the time i left staff were brilliant very helpful and friendly.. tea and coffee offered. Very knowledable and listened and advised to what would suit and not just based in price but suitability for me.. 100% go there again
