Bridget welcomed at the door and offered us coffee or tea. She helped us to short-list the most suitable beds and then passed us on the Emily who was apparently more experienced in the technical mattress information we required. We were guided through the process very professionally and we felt confident that she knew what she was talking about!

The staff were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We were offered a hot drink on entering the store. We were allowed to view & try the products without any pressure and the staff were able to answer all the questions we had.

Kim that helped us was so patient with us , explaining everything to us properly .

Very helpful in selecting the best mattress as I currently wake up every morning with back acne. Very helpful with which ones to try, wasn't rushed at all

Layout of the shop was very easy to find what we wanted. Help was given very well. Greeted at the door and offered a hot drink on arrival.We were served by Kim who was very knowledgeable. The lady who greeted us was very helpful as well,forgot to get her name.

The first assistant - still learning - but was able to give me plenty of information about the various beds and she explained the colour coding very well but said she would pass me on to an experienced colleague when I was ready. The second assistant was excellent and obviously new th eproduct well. At no time did I feel hurried into making a decision about which bed to select. I was encouraged to try various beds before arriving at a choice. Very reassuring but professional.

Friendly greeting when entering the store. Excellent product knowledge. The various mattress types explained. The general feeling of being a valued customer coupled with not feeling rushed into any purchase. It was a very pleasant experience.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and efficient. She seemed to really care that we were given all the right information. The range of mattresses was good and gave us plenty of choice
