I was given time to look around the store without being pressurised by your staff but when I needed them they were there to help me.

My husband and I were greeted by Monique and Emily as we walked in the door. We were left to have a browse and then Monique came to chat to us and explain the different colours of each mattress and also the available options that we could have, for example a mattress and a different base. Monique also offered us a hot drink which was a lovely treat. We finally made up our minds after sitting and laying on different beds and asked Monique for her assistance. When I enquired about interest free credit, she informed us she was quite new to the job and her colleague Emily could help out of the interest free credit when we got to that stage in the ordering. Both ladies were very knowledgeable about the products in the store and Emily was very kind in offering the best deals she could for the bed and mattress purchase and the bed cover plan. It was lovely to chat about lots of things as we went through the ordering process with both ladies and not just about beds either. We are grateful for their help and kindness in finding us a comfortable bed.

Emily and Monique were very attentive and knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We started off just looking for a mattress but opted for a bed as it made more sense in terms of value for money

I was impressed with the salesman's help that we received - Dom was very knowledgeable and helped guide us into which mattress to purchase - we ended up buying a different mattress than we originally intended. Dom was helpful - gave us time and didn't pressurise us - left us to discuss the matter without his presence - outline finance options etc. In all eve though I spent double what I intended to, I am quite happy with his help.

Mainly because of the store attendant (Dom) who was incredibly helpful and knowledghable but not overly pushy or salesy. He came across genuinely enthused by the products and interested in the challenge of responding to our requirements and needs.

We were greeted on entering the store by Kim who was freindly, patient and very knowledgeable. She helped us pick the right mattress for us, gave us a great deal and provided a decent cup of tea.
