The assistant Emily was very helpful and knowledgable about what we were looking for without being pushy. She advised us on how to check the mattress and gave us ample time to do so.

We were served by a gentleman named Don who was incredibly helpful and patient with my family and I. He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the product that was right for us.

It was a pleasure to walk into Dreams Yeovil. We were greeted by an a very please assistant (Monique) who help us very well with our concerns and questions and gave us time to decide our product choice. This was followed by a very easy and equally reassuring experience at the purchase stage.

We were approached as soon as we arrived to ask if we needed help in finding our intended purchase ,whilst both members of staff assisted with enquiries about the item at different times within the visit.Demonstration of how easy to make single bed into king size which pretty much sealed the deal .

The sales person couldn't have been more helpful, she knew the products and how to demonstrate them for us. The quality of the display bed seemed excellent.
