Emily was really welcoming and helpful. She took the time to consider our needs and was knowledgeable about the products and the process of trying out and finding the right mattress. Emily recommended many options and guided us through the process as well as being impartial. She gave us time to try the mattress and discuss on our own but was there to answer questions when needed. We noticed her welcoming every customer that came into the store and saw her providing the same quality service and experience to everyone else. We are looking forward to having our mattress delivered!

I rang the shop at 1930ish and the lady Kim who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me with getting the right product and delivery. Very nice lady and very helpful

This was our first visit to Dreams. We were met by a charming young lady called Monique who looked after us extremely well and showed every consideration to ensuring we were satisfied with our choice. She had excellent product knowledge and did not rush us in any way. Her aim clearly was to ensure we were satisfied customers. I would however make one point. We visited your store in Yeovil which is on a small retail estate. It was manned by two young ladies without any visible security arrangements should there be trouble. A customer before us paid by a very large amount of cash which would have been visible from the main road adjoining the car park.

The customer service from the moment we walked through the door was outstanding. We knew we were coming in for a mattress and the lady that helped us went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. I have already recommended Dreams to family and friends because it was such a great experience. The lady who served us had excellent knowledge and gave us plenty of time to understand but then try out for ourselves!
