Dreams - Yeovil

This is the 3rd Dreams bed I’ve purchased and I’ve always been impressed by the quality and longevity of the products. Emily helped me choose the right mattress for me, which is very important due to back problems in the past. I was very happy with the price and was offered a cuppa and had a lovely chat with Emily who was clearly a very competent member of staff. I felt very relaxed and purchased the bed and mattress in less than half an hour - a record for me. I’d highly recommend Dreams to anyone who needs a bed, mattress or furniture.

It was nice to be greeted by a cheerful assistant named Emily, who was knowledgeable about the products. After a few minutes finding out what we required, we were shown and then tried out the varying comfort levels of mattress, also being advised on how this should support and mould in to the body( learnt something new). We were also given information about the different fillings and composition of mattress. After finding the correct comfort level and identifying ones to try out, we were offered a warm drink, nice idea, and left to try at our leisure. On deciding the right one for us, the purchase process was easy and well explained with a few added extras. A very relaxed atmosphere made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

The staff were lovely, they spoke as soon as I entered the store, offered me a drink, extremely helpful and patience, assisted me with everything.

As Kim was the only assistant available at the time of our visit she managed to Juggle her time between the customers in the store efficiently. Her product knowledge was spot on and always trying to upsell. I believe more could have been sold had their been more than one member of staff.

To begin with we were a little put off by the time we had to wait to be served But quickly realised that there was only one member of staff in store. We continued to browse all the different products available whilst the other customer completed their order. When we did finally get served we were offered refreshments an apology for the wait. And a good tour of all products which the staff member had a very wide and good informative knowledge of Completely satisfied with the staff members explanation we went ahead with the sale.

For six years I taught customer service. The staff in the Yeovil office are excellent examples of how to do it right, they greeted every one who came in, they were very knowledgeable on all the products that we asked about and took the time to find out exactly what we wanted. We took the time to carry out lots of research before our visit and had visited all the other bed stores in the area, out of all the stores we visited, Dreams was the friendless and the only store to offer coffee. A really good range of products and an excellent service. I would absolutely recommend the store to anyone. Polite and enthusiastic, the assistant knew everything about the different types of mattresses and beds and her level of knowledge put other stores to shame. The really nice thing was that none of sales team were pushing for a sale and gave us time and space to discuss and consider our options. We checked prices online at a number of stores and the normal prices at Dreams were better than any of the Bank Holiday sales offered at competitor stores.

The sales assistant Kim was very professional in her approach to us giving us space and time to make our decisions. We never felt pressured. She was polite helpful and good knowledge of the beds . We were very happy with her and would recommend her and your company to others. A Brockway
