Dreams - Yeovil

We saw Dom in Yeovil who was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. He understood our needs and our budget and found us exsacly what we wanted. Not only was Dom more than helpful he allowed us time to walk around the store on our own to have time to think about the purchase before agreeing which meant we where not pressured into buying anything we didn’t want.

Immediately we entered the store we were acknowledged and asked if we needed help, which we did. We were given help selecting a bed and mattress and further knowledgeable assistance choosing bedroom furniture. The person serving us was always pleasant and patient whilst we made our decisions.

Just courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to answer all our questions.

The layout and cleanliness of the store was excellent. The coloured mats on the end of the beds made it easier to identify which beds would be suitable for my needs. There was a generous amount of beds to choose from and I tried out a number of them. I was able to easily narrow down my choices and eventually buy the bed of my dreams!

We were very impressed by the service we received from the sales staff as nothing was too much trouble, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to give us all the information we needed. We were happy with our purchase after researching the Flaxby range of beds and bought the item that we initially intended to buy after visiting another Dreams store. To sum up it was a very positive experience with wonderful support from staff.
