Great service placing order took some time though. But overall extremely pleased

On the two visits I made the staff at the Yeovil branch were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They mad the process of buying a pleasure which is not often the case. They also had good senses of humour, another bonus.

The sales adviser Emily was very knowledgeable about the product, very polite and helpful and also offered beverages.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and able to explain the differences between the products well. We weren't pressurised to buy but it was made simple once we had decided to do so.

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted by a member of staff and asked if we needed help. The member of staff asked what we were looking for and details of any back problems. After telling her, she knew exactly what to suggest and her knowledge of the products was outstanding. She answered all our questions and gave us the time we needed to make a decision and choose the right product. She was very polite, offered us a cup of tea and was overall a pleasure to have met. Even though I spent a lot more than I planned, I cannot wait to receive my be mattress and bed.

never visited before, but very pleased with the welcome, the advice and product knowledge. Coffee was very welcome.

Monique at the Yeovil store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was ordered quickly and smoothly and delivery was only a few days.

The lovely member of staff helped us through the process of choosing the right matress and gave us lots of advice we even got offered a drink and she also gave us time between each talk to have a private discussion

Our assistant was knowledgable and understood our needs before directing us to suitable options. She explained the details of each of the items available.
