It was all to do with the brilliant customer service and people skills of an older gentleman from the Wrexham store. All I remember was that he wore glasses and said he was Bolton. He was so so nice to me and my girlfriend and extremely helpful and gave honest advice which made me trust him. He was fantastic. You need more like him
