Paul, who served us, was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. He made sure he understood what we wanted, directed us to the items he thought would suit us best, and was available to answer any questions we had. Richard, the Manager, was also extremely helpful and courteous.

We were very impressed by our shopping experience. Paul was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us to work out exactly what we wanted and left us to decide with no pressure to purchase. Once we were ready to order he was more than helpful, explaining exactly how the process would work and how our old bed could be disposed of.

From the time we walked in, we were politely greeted till walking out happy with the customer service rendered to us. We're given ample time to walk around by ourselves in private to decide on purchase and product choice before approaching sales personal who were available waiting to serve.
