Very helpful staff helped us to select exactly what we wanted without taking too long.

My wife and I found the sales team friendly and helpful giving us a choice and his recommendations of mattresses at the store. Also the new technology i.e. the computer bed that finds the perfect mattress in store was impressive and made this much easier and put our minds at rest in our decision making again giving us four or five choices in our choice. We also felt no pressure was put on us while in the store.

The young lady Charlotte was very attentive, she offered me water. Charlotte took me around the show room, she was very informative of all the beds I tried, taking into account my disability. Charlotte was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, chatty, understanding, helpful but most of all, patient whilst we tested out the mattresses to find the one most suited to us. Such a lovely person and highly recommended.

Charlotte was great, we went with no ideas of what we wanted and she took us through everything step by step, we used the mattress machine and Charlotte was able to point out the best products for us. There was no pressure to make a purchase and we were dealt with professionally.
