Paul approached me and kindly offered assistance. I thought I knew what I was looking for as I’d had a look online. Paul’s knowledge and the information he shared was very useful and I’m really pleased I changed my mind and bought a superior mattress so what I’d seen online. Paul listen send to what I had to say and then directed me to some great products. Putting the order in was very simple and straightforward forward and an ideal delivery date was given.

Extremely friendly and professional service. Liked the consultation and the fact that we didn’t have to go through hundreds of questions to find the perfect mattress - the machine took the hassle out of it!

Palu at the Wrexham store was very attentive. Loved the Sleep Match machine, and we were shown all the mattresses that our match came up with. Pillows were provided for us to try out the mattresses. At no point were we made to feel a nuisance (even when I managed to disassemble one of the bed information plaques), and we were made to feel very welcome in the store. You got the impression that nothing was too much trouble.
