Ali was really knowledgeable and took time to explain different types of mattresses -was very friendly

Salesman "Christopher " was very knowledgeable about different mattresses, he showed us which mattresses would suit our needs. Lovely, patient friendly man who wasn't pushy about making a sale.

The guy who helped us in the wrexham store was really friendly and helpful without the hard sell . The lady at the computer was super friendly as well

The staff involved were friendly and helpful, the machine to help selecting mattresses (forgotten its name) was useful.
