We went into the shop/store early Saturday morning 22nday probably 1st customer we greeted by Ally made us a coffee asked us what we where looking for we where invited to a bedroom assit in deciding the best base and mattress we chose bed no pressure and we walked out of the store less than an hour later job done

I have visited and purchased from Dreams many times and they didn’t disappoint. Assistance I received, even though on this occasion the amount spent wasn’t large, was excellent. I will continue to shop at Dreams plus it’s local which is always a bonus.

The assistant we dealt with was knowledgeable efficient with great customer interface. She allowed my wife and I to pause, and consider our options. We were expecting a long lead time when we walked in store , but she put us at ease and assured us she would do her best to meet our needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff member who was prepared to spend considerable time explaining the product. To be honest the store was very quiet but even so we appreciated her help and advice.

Staff were polite and helpful, offered us a demonstration of the assembly of the product, discussed our needs and sought the best deal for us

Our trip to Dreams on Saturday was the highlight of our day. We weren't sure if we would be able to try out the beds, but the assistants were very helpful and put us at our ease. The shop wasn't too busy, so we felt relaxed and were guided to the types of bed were were looking for. We were free to take our time around the shop, and my 9 year old loved trying all the beds out. Having done my research online, I was clear which type I wanted. But I still had some questions to ask, and a very knowledgable gentleman (I think he was called John) was able to help with all my quieries. We were also even given 4 free pillows to take home with us. We have been renovating our bedroom for over 6 months, so we can't wait for the bed to arrive this Thursday. We had considered trying some other bed shops as well, but as we were so satisfied with our visit to Dreams, we didn't bother going anywhere else.

We were very pleased with the service we received because of the product knowledge that your member of staff had. He showed us around many different mattresses and frames and the different materials that the frames were available in. Our 2 boys were both given a biscuit and bottle of water to keep them happy whilst we were choosing and we were all very happy because we came away with exactly what we wanted.

Jeff was very helpful but not pushy unlike another bed store where we were constantly followed around. He showed us different mattresses and explained the benefits of each one. Was also able to show us the bed frame that we were interested in on the computer because the store did not have it on display.
