We were greeted after moments of entering the store by Jeff at Wrexham. He asked what we were looking for and offered us the use of the mattress checker. He then chaperoned us around the store showing us options and allowed us to be honest with our opinions. His colleague Ally was also very helpful and handled all the computer side of the purchase. They had a good working relationship and understand each other strengths and weaknesses

Staff at the Wrexham dreams store were very helpful nothing was too much trouble they explained everything in detail and the price was good for the bed we purchased would definately recommend your store to friends and family

The staff were great, didn’t pressure us at all. He had very good knowledge about what we were looking for and recommended trying the beds to make sure it was the correct one for us.. Paul was the staff that helped us and we would highly recommend him.

We went in with lots of questions about the beds, Paul was very knowleagable and answered all the questions we had, providing examples and alternative options when we asked for advice.

Fast and efficient, gave us all the options, but didn't pressurise us to buy things we didn't want (headboard). i.e.related well to the customer's requirements and met them. Pleasantly surprised by shorter than expected lead time.

I didn’t go in intending to buy anything but we were shown an offer we could not refuse and went for it. The salesman was really really helpful and directed us where we needed to look. I was impressed with the pricing and left feeling that we had a good deal despite spending over £700. Came out of the store feeling really happy.

We entered the store and there were hand sanitising stations available immediately, we were soon greeted by John who helped us pick our perfectly calibrated bed, and was super helpful and friendly, not pushy at all. Took his time with us, placing the order was really quick and easy and would definitely recommend to friends and family

I didn’t feel like the sales team were particularly ‘sale like’ on the basis that they didn’t badger you to try and get a sale! I think if they’ve of been onto us, we probably wouldn’t of purchased the bed. The store was clean and tidy, we were able to browse freely and take our time with the decision making and we left very happy.
